• Description:
• The city of Tornio (procurement unit) is requesting bids for the information management tool system and, as an option, the automation of financial documentation (budget and financial statements document) in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The purpose of the procurement is to make available to the city of Tornio a modern information-based management system that supports decision-making, comparison and monitoring of operations and finances by the city's management and industries. In addition, the purchasing unit reserves the option to purchase as an option a financial documentation automation tool that can support the preparation of budget and financial statement documents and automate the production of key financial documents. The software solution offered must also include the planning of the implementation project and implementation, user training, technical support, maintenance, updates and possible further development in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices. A request for tender was previously published for this procurement, but in the comparison it was found that the content of the options and the price effect must be included in the comparison. The documents were encrypted and this is the second announcement of the same acquisition. Previously received offers must be downloaded again so that they can be included in the comparison. The options are compared differently than before in the total price.
