Description:
The environmental department of the city of Kemi is asking for offers for a mobile grandstand suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The auditorium must accommodate approximately 340 (2x170) people. The grandstand will be mainly used for the back field of the Sauvosaari sports park on an asphalt platform. Its parts must be easy to move. The delivery must include:- structural and installation drawings- installation and dismantling instructions- maintenance and operating instructions- wind load and foundation principles for outdoor use- total price delivered Kemiin VAT 0% Requirements• modular structure• length 2-5 meters module• width/height max. 2.5 meter module• suitable for indoor and outdoor use• standard EN 13200-4:2023 cup seats with backrest • cup seat colors blue and red• non-slip walking surfaces• equipped with transfer rings• the stand must meet the requirements of standard EN 13200-6:2020• Optional: Expansion modulesDelivery condition TOP City of Kemi, to the address provided by the customer The procurement is estimated to exceed Section 25 of the Procurement Act. The procurement law and the procurement instructions of the city of Kemi apply to the procurement. One (1) bidder who submitted the cheapest accepted bid will be selected as the supplier. Quality is taken into account in the procurement criteria. The comparison price is the total price offered. The purchase is made agreement JYSE Tavarat 2025 with the terms of the agreement.
