Description:
The municipality of Vimpel (the Customer) is requesting bids for winter maintenance, in accordance with this request for bids and other bid request materials. This is exceeding the EU threshold value according to the Procurement Act (Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements 1397/2016) service procurement. The plowing works and other maintenance works that are the subject of procurement are service procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the main CPV code of which is 90610000 - Street cleaning and sweeping services and the procurement nomenclature of the additional code is 90620000 - Snow plowing services. Bidders are selected according to the comparative criteria of overall economic affordability. Bidders can offer one part, several parts or all parts. The bidder must leave the completed bid form with his bid In the Hilma offer portal. Bidders must fill in the bid forms and submit them with their bid. All areas are compared as a whole and one (1) supplier is selected for each area. If several bidders get the same score, the Subscriber will draw a lottery for the bidder to be selected.
