Description:
The municipality of Vimpel (the Customer) is requesting bids for winter maintenance, in accordance with this request for bids and other bid request materials. This is a service procurement that exceeds the EU threshold in accordance with the Procurement Act (Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements Act 1397/2016). Those subject to acquisition plowing work and other maintenance work are service procurements according to the Procurement Act, the main CPV code of which is 90610000 - Street cleaning and sweeping services and the procurement nomenclature of the additional code is 90620000 - Snow plowing services.
Bidders are selected on the basis of overall economic advantage in accordance with the comparison criteria. Bidders can offer one part, several parts or all parts.
The tenderer must leave the completed tender form in the Hilma tender portal with their tender. Bidders must fill in the bid forms and submit them with their bid. All areas are compared as a whole and one (1) supplier is selected for each sub-area. If several bidders get the same number of points, the Customer will raffle the chosen bidder.
