- A biogas plant will be built in Pyhaennae's circular economy park as part of the Resursviisas wastewater treatment project, partially funded by the Ministry of the Environment. The biogas plant includes receiving and processing solutions for liquid and solid (non-packaged) inputs, digestion solutions, gas handlingbio, processing, pressurization, pipeline and storage solutions as well as the necessary connectivity solutions.
The investment aims to strengthen local sustainable and resource-wise energy production and nutrient cycling by utilizing byproducts and waste from the food industry, as well as availablea agricultural biomasses.
The plant's inputs consist of by-streams from the food industry, which are waste and wastewater generated in the processes. Inputs from agriculture are livestock manure and field biomass.
The nutrient-rich rot residue produced in the process is useduseful as field fertilizer and soil conditioner in the surrounding areas. In this way, nutrients can be circulated and the energy contained in biomass can be utilized.
The purpose of this procurement notice is to invite actors interested in the construction of the biogas plant to be held for a market dialogueoven.
The aim is to collect the views, opinions and suggestions of process and equipment suppliers and contractors operating in the market regarding the implementation of the project.
