Description:
The HUS corporation is requesting offers for blood glucose test strips and meters, as well as accessories, software and services related to their use. This request for tenders does not apply to blood glucose meters intended for professional use in specialized medical care.
The procurement is divided into parts and the subject of procurement ovat the following products and accessories with services:
1. Blood glucose test strip and meter (with basic features)
2. Blood glucose test strip and meter (with special features)
3. Blood sugar meter and blood sugar test strip linked to the insulin pump
4. Stripless blood glucose test and meter
5. Pissinjection device and a blood lancet suitable for the injection device
6. Injector with blood lancet roll/cassette
The goal is to use the competition to select the optimal products for the overall treatment of the patient. The goal is also reliable availability of the products and reliability of delivery.
Target of procurementit also includes additional products related to the offered products, such as possible additional sizes and accessories. Additional supplies are requested to be indicated separately in the request for tenders in appendix 12 Additional tender form. In addition, during the contract period, purchases can be made in accordance with the anticipated value of the purchase according to the contractother products belonging to the existing product groups, which are not identified in this request for tender or its annexes (see draft contract). The actual contract period is 24 months (2 years) and it is possible to extend it for two one (1) year periods...
