The acquisition focuses on services related to brand and marketing development, design, implementation and consulting for different target groups. The brand work and marketing of the City of Helsinki is based on urban strategy and brand lines in Helsinki. From brand linesThe brand architecture defines how the city group actors implement the Helsinki brand. The service users are responsible for planning, implementing and developing their own operations and services. The service is used by the Central Administration of Helsinki and the industries of the City of Helsinkiand the shareholders of Helsingin Groupkinkanti Oy, who are separately registered for the acquisition.
The acquisition will be formed by a framework arrangement. 4 suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement unless there are fewer suppliers. The estimated maximum acquisition is EUR 6 million (VAT 0 %). Estimated valueIncludes the actual contract period for 2 years and possible options for 1+1 year.
