• This is a small procurement below the national threshold value. BusinessOulu's DigiSampo project is asking for your offer for a training package, the subject of which is Kivijalkauppa micro-events training, which, according to the preliminary plan, would start in March-April at the turn of 2026. The schedule can be refined together with the selected supplier. BusinessOulu liikelaitos (hereinafter: "BusinessOulu" or "Subscriber") is the business institution of the city of Oulu, which is responsible for the implementation of the city's entire economic policy and the companies of the development services needed in accordance with the principles decided by the city council and the city government.
