Description:
The agreement is subject to Broadband Services (hereinafter "" Service ") Acquisition of Helsinki Asisisoikeus Oy (including Haso, Subscriber, contracting entity). The service subject to the agreement is divided into the basic service in accordance with Annex 1 (4) and to the additional services under paragraph 5.
In additionThe procurement includes the implementation and maintenance of broadband subscriptions for the clubhouse of the property and the separate order for the establishment and maintenance of real estate automation.
All HASO items and the housing and club rooms that are subject to the acquisition are identified in the "Target list" Annex to the invitation to tender.
The contracting entity selects one (1) supplier with whom the contract is concluded. A selected supplier may also be a group of tenderers.
The subject of the acquisition is not divided into parts as the acquisition forms one whole in its form and the division of parts would make the procurement implementtechnically impossible.
The amount of procurement provided in the invitation to tender is estimated and the contract does not constitute the obligation to purchase the subscriber or the exclusive right to provide the service provider.
The supplier must offer the whole. Parts offers will not be accepted. Alternative offers will not be accepted.Parallel offers will not be accepted.
