- The city of Kouvola requests a bid for a browser-based service of psychological tests to support the customer work of psychologists in the Kouvola employment area, in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices for the years 2026 - 2027 and for the possible option periods 2028 and 2029. Bids are requested by sub-area: 1. sub-area ability tests2. sub-area personality tests3. sub-area work personality tests. Partial offers by sub-area are allowed. With the procurement, a framework arrangement is drawn up using an open procedure. Based on this competition, the customer selects one supplier for each sub-area there is no quantity purchase obligation.
