- Service to be procured: Construction consultant incl. site supervision tasks for Elmo's swimming pool and for the customer's separate procurements in the projects.
Planned construction period 11/2023 - 12/2025. The swimming pool will be ready by 31 December 2025.
Construction will be carried out according to the preliminary plan with target and ceilingas a former project management contract. The customer has drawn up the site's implementation plans, which will be finally completed between August and September 2023.
The building permit is pending.
The city's street construction has carried out preliminary construction on the site, e.g. excavation as planned.
