Description:
Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (hereafter the Client) requests an offer for the services of a construction consultant in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. This is a joint procurement.
This request for tender applies to all properties of the Etela-Savo Kampuskinteistoet municipal corporation and South-Eastern Finlandn Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy's premises in Mikkeli and Savonlinna, construction and supervision tasks for maintenance and investment projects on a time charge basis.
The procurement concerns two procurement units, each procurement unit makes its own procurement decision on the procurement.

The consultant shall comply with Finnish laws and regulations, EU law, other official regulations, industry-related regulations, instructions given by the Client and shall inform his staff about them and take care of their appropriate supervision. The subscriber uses HRJ18 (RT 10-11284) document, which must also be used by the construction consultant.
