Description:
The municipality of Tuusula is requesting a contract bid for the total price of Building 10 (address: Pataljoonantie 6, 04300 Tuusula) for the renovation and alteration works in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. Building 10 is the oldest surviving Tuusula Hyrylä of the garrison buildings. It is located in the same courtyard area as the high school and cultural building Monio. The building is protected by the site plan (sr-24) from a cultural-historical point of view and is valuable from the point of view of the whole area. In the project the bidder acts as the main contractor and main implementer. The work at the site is carried out under the supervision of the main contractor. The main implementer must have a full-time foreman in the project. basic repair and modification works; the premises will be used for teaching purposes. The foundations and load-bearing structures of the building will be repaired and strengthened, the windows will be renovated / supplemented, the water ceiling will be serviced and the interior spaces, furniture, equipment and surface structures will be renewed. The building's building technology will be renewed in its entirety and the object will be connected to the district heating network of the district heating plant. The facades of the building will remain mostly unchanged. The old apartment entrances on the courtyard facade will be removed and two new entrances will be made, one of which is barrier-free. The facade will be completed with new, old-style windows. The building that is the subject of the contract has been cold and unused for the last few years...
