- The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area is asking for a total price offer for a new housing unit for the mentally handicapped and leased in accordance with the tender documents. Acquisition is a new housing unit for mentally handicapped mentally disabled, east of Tampere, designed for 15 residents. The content of the project is described in more detail in the attached documents. The selected tenderer plans and implements the project on the basis of the draft invitation to tender and will rent the building for the Pirkanmaa welfare area for at least 25 years from the completion of the project.
