Description:
Repair and maintenance of building automation systems in Pirkkala municipal premises and implementation of new acquisitions on an hourly basis for 1.7.2025 - 31.12.2026. The agreement may be extended after the contract period two years by jointly agreed. Option1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. The target is approximately 60,000 htm2 in the apartment area. The Fidelix system has access to the premises of the municipal premises of the municipality of Pirkkala. The framework contractor must have expertise and rights to maintain, repairs and additions of the Fidelix system. Framework agreementDuring the aim, the goal is to bring all the properties owned by the municipality where building automation is necessary for the maintenance of the property, the same building automation system.The framework contract supplier has no exclusive right to produce the work to be purchased. Some of the commission is subject to project -specific small contract contracts.
