Building Automation System Renovation Renewal
SLYHY Description: The invitation to tender applies to the Xenta building automation system of the Valkeakoski Regional Training Association at Vanhankyläntie 2, 37600 Valkeakoski. The contract includes 17 sub-centers renewal in different buildings and the acquisition of the Real Estate. From field devices, actuators and valves are left out (functionality testing is included in the contract). In the renewal, it should be noted that the work is done during the school's operations (summer break in June and July) and the interruptions of HVAC technology should be minimized. In addition, it should be noted that the connections of the existing system sub -centers to the control room work during the renewal. The offer includes a 3 (three) year maintenance contract.The real estate automation is expected to be carried out by the end of 2023.
