Description:
The competition is the framework of the building automation in the Paijat-Hame welfare area. The systems used in the wellness area include Ecostruxure Building, Fidelix and Siemens, and in individual sites Honeywell and Caverion.Maintenance work on the building automation system (Ecostruxure Building, Fidelix or Siemens).
2. Programming work on the building automation system (Ecostruxure Building, Fidelix or Siemens).
3. Connecting and alterations of sub -centers of the building automation system (Ecostruxure Building, Fidelix or Siemens)as well as support work on building automation.
4. Comprehensive renovation of the building automation system. (Requires 1-3 of areas)
For all aspects of the framework arrangement, up to five (5) tenderers will be selected as suppliers, however, to obtain at least one supplierFor each system (Ecostruxure Building, Fidelix or Siemens). The contracting entity has the opportunity to choose less suppliers for the sub-area if there are fewer than five (5) in the area.For the same contract document, if the tenderer is selected as a supplier for several areas.
