• Repair and maintenance work for the building automation systems of Pirkkala municipality's facilities and group companies owned by the municipality on an hourly basis in 2026 - 2027. The contract period begins with the signing of the contract and ends 31.12.2027. The contract can be extended after the actual contract period by two years if the parties mutually agree to do so. Option option for the years 2028 - 2029. The target is a real estate portfolio of approximately 60,000 htm2 in apartment area. From the offices of the municipality of Pirkkala all use the Fidelix system.
