Description:
The city of Kouvola requests offers for framework contract consultancy services for building construction planning for the period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 + 1 possible option year.
In the city of Kouvola, the framework contracts of this competition are basically used by Kouvola's Facilities Services, but other city units can also make use of framework agreements.
The framework contract sectors to be chosen for the sub-areas are as follows:
1. Master and architect design
2. Structural design
3. HVAC planning
4. Life cycle planning
5. Fire engineering design
6. Electrical design
7. Acoustics planning
8. Yard design
9. Information model coordination
In procurement the assignments to be followed and other contract terms are described in the appendices.
Hence the documents describing suitability and eligibility are exceptionally asked to download already during the request for quotation phase.
The customer chooses the designer's contract to be used in each project, which is less than 60,000 euros among the consultants who have done it, evaluating the suitability of the consultant for each assignment on the following criteria:
