- Fingrid Oyj (hereinafter the Procurement Entity or the Customer) is building a new backup power plant in the Huutokoski (Joroinen) backup power plant area, where the purpose is to transfer the 26MW gas turbine units stored in Vaskiluoto and two in use in Tahkoluoto.
The object of this procurement is Huutokostenthe construction contract for the new standby power plant, including, for example, the area structures of the construction site, shell structures, piling work, filling work, concrete work, precast concrete work, interior work, steel structure work for stair towers and underground drains.
The procurement complies with water and energy supply, traffic and postal regulationsthe law on acquisitions and right-of-use agreements of units operating in the field of debt (1398/2016, "Procurement Act for Special Sectors"). The procurement procedure is carried out as a negotiation procedure in accordance with Section 38 of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in the annex to the procurement noticeeh.
The details of the contract to be procured will be defined in more detail during the negotiation procedure.
The estimated contract period is May 2024 July 2025.
