Description:
The object of the acquisition is a building history consultant and restoration architect services.
The procurement is divided into parts:
1. Building history consulting services
2. Restoration architect services
Senaatti kiinteistat implements the shield of the framework arrangement for Building history consultancy and restoration architect serviceson behalf of Ailutus and the participating procurement units. The procurement units are Senate Real Estate, Defense Real Estate, the Finnish Museum Agency and the Office of the President of the Republic.for development) and repair projects. In the preparation of building history reports, software suitable for producing an accessible pdf is required. The aim is to publish all of the Senate's building history surveys as reports accessible on the website of the Senate properties.
Restoration sheettechnical services
The restoration work planned for the sites includes e.g. repairs of windows, doors, etc., building parts, interior and exterior painting with traditional materials and methods, log repairs, wood roof repairs, and plastering and masonry work with lime-rich mortars.
HankiThe total expected maximum value for the entire contract period (including options) is about 6.52 million. euro. The procurement is national and lasts 3-2 years.
Procurement contracts will be made with 15 suppliers / sub-region.
