The City of Oulu, Yhdyskunta- ja umpiroestapalvelut requests your offer for the preparation of a building history survey (RHS) of the properties 564 404 53 104 and 564 404 53 104 and 564 404 53 100 in the Laanila district of Oulu, which are located at the addresses Hintantie 20, 22, 24 and 30 Oulu. TargetRautasiltan, Pohjantie bridge, Hintantien and the area bounded by Oulujoki is a provincially valuable area in terms of the built cultural environment (Hintantie). The building stock of the area mainly dates from the 1920s. Rantakaistale is an example of a settlement that was born when cottages and villas were built on rental plots. The former beach area with its hill huts and villas, its structure has largely been preserved in accordance with the 1920s. The park-like area is an important part of the Oulujoki riverside landscape and it belongs to the provincially valuable landscape area Oulujoki estuary cultural landscape.
