• Description:
• Numera Palvelut Oy requests offers for construction materials according to the tender documents. The procurement includes timber, building materials, painting, tiling, concrete repair and leveling products. The procurement includes various materials needed for construction accessories such as plates, ingots, nets, insulation, mortars, masses, screeds, paints, painting supplies, tiles, floor coverings, doors and frames. In addition, the purchase includes boards, panels, sawn and planed materials, durable and plywood, and moldings. Acquisition also includes various hardware store products such as electric and battery-powered hand tools, pulls, coat racks, shelves, racks and yard, real estate and garden accessories. The purchase does not include hand tools, fixing accessories, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective accessories, and HVAC or electrical equipment for buildings. The competition is conducted using an open procedure, based on which a maximum of three (3) contract suppliers with the most points are selected for the framework arrangement. Competition the selection criteria is the overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 100 points. The minimum requirements set for quality in the tender documents allow comparison only on price. The contract period is limited to four (4) years. The contract period starts at the earliest after the procurement decision has been received, after the law enforcement or market court has given the contract enforcement permission.
