- The municipality of Iiti is requesting annual bids for the years 2026 and 2027 for the building materials and supplies (not stone and soil materials) for the maintenance and minor repairs of the property management and public areas of the municipality of Iiti, based on the framework arrangement principle. The request for quotation does not apply Procurement of the Iiti municipality's water supply facility. Investment projects are generally not covered by the framework arrangement - on a case-by-case basis, small investment procurements of up to 15,000 euros can be carried out within the scope of the framework arrangement. the rules to be followed are explained in the additional information section of the section "Procurement object". The procurement procedure is open. The anticipated value of the acquisition does not exceed the national border. Prices must be stated without VAT. The municipality does not guarantee the annual procurement amount, but procurements are made as needed. Tender participants/framework suppliers are not entitled to any compensation related to participation in the tender/framework: no payment is made for making an offer, no price estimate is paid, there is no payment for the submission of reports in accordance with the Customer Liability Act, nor is there any payment for other similar participation. Disclosure of documents: Tenders for public procurement and other documents for procurement will be kept confidential with the exception of information only made public when the contract has been concluded (Section 7 subsection 2).
