Description:
1. The target procurement of the procurement is the construction of a bike park attached to the invitation to tender. The property is located in Rovaniemi (Taljatie), at the eastern end of the Ounasvaara Ski Stadium. The contract must be completed by September 30, 2025. 2. The contract period period is 1.7.2025 - June 30, 2026.Included as an option to build a drop area (route number 4). The subscriber will decide on the use of the option by September 2025 at the latest. The option is about the subscriber's right, not the obligation. 3. In the notification and procurement procedure, a small procurement below the national threshold shall be subject to the RovaniemiSmall procurement instructions for the city group.4. Price price should be indicated by VAT 0%. Price should include all costs for providing the service. The subscriber does not pay any other charges. The offer price is binding throughout the contract period.5. The billing and payment terms and conditions of payment are 21 days net.
