- The procurement applies to the construction of the 2700 kW electric boiler plant of the Kiipulas Foundation in the Kiipula campus in place of the overall supply of oil boiler and beside the natural gas boiler on the customer's property. The purpose of the acquisition is to build a top and spare load plant updated on the property.The contract model is a KVR contract including design and construction. The contractor measures the systems based on the minimum requirements given in the Annexes.
