Description:
The contract includes work on the construction of the shipyard to the extent shown by the contract documents.
water supply, beach support wall construction, and contaminated land and crane renovation.
The developer is the General Areas of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Service, which also acts as YSE 98.
The work under the contract documents must be ready and received, as well as the inspections required by authorities and inspection institutions on December 31, 2026.
The contract is a total contract where the contractor selected for the job is YSE and the main contractor for the main contractor within the meaning of Finnish law. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services.
On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties have signed a "joint municipal engineering site" under the name of a cooperation agreement where the city of Helsinki is named "main subscriber" and other contractors "subscribers". In this agreement, the UK Parties include: agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009. All the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract will be transferred from the "subscribers" of the UKT site to the main contractor obligations.
In addition, the procurement limits for the UK Parties have been clarified in the contract boundary.
