Description:
The City and Environmental Services of the City of Oulu will request your bid for the construction of a wooden viewing tower in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The building must be completed and handed over by 15 December 2025. The procurement is reserved for operators, such as work centers and associations who employ long -term unemployed and/or unemployed young people. A prerequisite for participating in the tender is that at least 30 % of the employees of the work center, supplier or work program are lower. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the tenderer must provide a statement of the requirement of the claim. The prices offered are VAT 0%. Billing can be done in a few parts, but by 19.12.2025 at the latest.
