• Description:
• Merijärvi municipality is building a new Koivupuhto school, located at Koulutie 7, 86220 Merijärvi. The school will be completed on April 1, 2027 and put into use on August 1, 2027. The school is a unified school with approximately 180 students in grades 0-9. The utility sector of the school is 2467 m2 and gross area 2722 m2. There are already three buildings on the site of the school center: Kilpukka (exercise facilities, household teaching facilities, dining room and kitchen), a library and a kindergarten. The school's activities are described in more detail in the attached pedagogy in the plan. Bulk furniture procurement is carried out as an early-stage participative reverse tender, in which case the cost level of €125,000 is locked in advance and the basis for selecting the furniture supplier from among the bidders is defined in advance procurement criteria. Furnishing also utilizes existing furniture in accordance with the space-specific plan (appendix 3) and movable furniture (appendix 6). Loose furniture is purchased delivered, cleaned and installed in place. Loose furniture delivery and installation will be carried out after the completion of the building, i.e. from 1 April 2027. The final delivery and installation schedule is agreed upon with the customer after the furniture supplier has been selected. All furniture must be installed by the latest 1.8.2027. The supplier must take care of the necessary protection in the installation space and on the transport routes (floors, walls, doors, fixed furniture, etc.), taking into account that the furniture delivery and installation will be carried out in a new building.
