Description:
The acquisition is the acquisition of a business architecture modeling tool as a SaaS service. The purpose of the tendering is to obtain a modeling system for the production and maintenance of operational architecture descriptions and a publishing platform for sharing and utilizing them. The benefit is only when the action is understandably described and the descriptions are easily found and utilized. The modeling tool should support simple and flexible chart creation and easy visual finishing. Action architecture descriptions including Process descriptions and other functional perspectives, the channel should be provided for finding and reviewing functional guidelines, rules and other documentation. The scope of the procurement is not committed to the acquisition amounts in the invitation to tender. The scope of the acquisition may be influenced by the Ministry of Finance's guidance on the state's joint ICT services arrangement.
