- OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT Hansel Oy acquires information services related to financial responsibility, which are divided into two separate areas: - Section 1: monitoring of company information, financial situation and sanctions and - Section 2: in accordance with the Subscriber Liability Act monitoring the fulfillment of obligations. The procurement includes not only the actual data contents and search functions described above, but also service implementation projects, ongoing support services and integration support. In addition, the supplier must offer the entire contract period time support and maintenance, so that the service works smoothly and meets Hansel's changing needs. The purpose is not to implement a new information system for Hansel, but to utilize existing services and interfaces on the market. Hansel emphasizes especially the timeliness, comprehensiveness and usability of the information - the service must produce reliable information to support decision-making with as little delay as possible. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments, in particular in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement_UPDATED". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed period of six (6) years, after which it continues indefinitely. The validity of the agreement is described in more detail in chapter 5 of the agreement.
