- The Business Oulu Company requests tenders for vocational training in the Oulu Region Employment Area in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The following municipalities in the Oulu region include Hailuoto, II, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu,Pudasjarvi, Tyrnava, Utajarvi and Vaala. The Employment Division of the Business Oulu Company is an institution belonging to the City of Oulu, which is responsible for organizing employment services in the Oulu region employment area from the beginning of 2025. A tendering acquisition is a framework procurement that concernsLabor training in the construction industry. Employment training refers to adult education obtained by the employment authority on the employment policy basis.
