- The Business Oulu Company requests tenders for vocational training in the Oulu Region Employment Area in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The following municipalities in the Oulu region include Hailuoto, II, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu,Pudasjarvi, Tyrnava, Utajarvi and Vaala. The Employment Division of the Business Oulu Company is an institution in the organization of the City of Oulu, which is responsible for organizing employment services in the Oulu region employment area from the beginning of 2025. A tendering acquisition is a framework procurement that concernsLabor training in engineering and production technology: welding and machining. Employment training refers to adult education obtained by the employment authority on the employment policy basis. The entity to be competitive is described in the service description attached to the invitation to tender.
