Description:
The aim of the thesis is to provide a detailed implementation plan that will allow in Finland to introduce certain C-IT services or service packages in 2027. The offer must provide a proposal on how the tenderer would draw up a implementation plan. In addition, part of the offer for each tendererA proposal must be made on how to select the C-IS services to be implemented. The selection is based on the report to the need for and prioritizing services for interactive intelligent transport systems (C-IT) services in Finland. Services must be feasible and cost -effective.The subscribers are Traficom and the City of Tampere. The assignment is fixed in price. The contents and priorities of the different stages are clarified at the steering group meetings during the work. The clarifications are made so that the total value of the acquisition remains unchanged.expertise and experience of experts and the work plan provided as an attachment to the offer, which is a supplier's proposal to carry out the work.
