• T-hospital's cafeteria and restaurant services The cafeteria and restaurant services of the financial building and the cafeteria services of the Majakka and A hospitals The object of the procurement is the cafe and restaurant services of the Tyks general hospital area of Varsinais-Suomen welfare area (Varha) production. The acquisition will be tendered as a license agreement. The acquisition is divided into two areas. The bidder can submit a bid for one or more sub-areas. More detailed information about the procurement can be found in this request for tenders and the request for tenders in the attachments. Participation in the procurement includes a mandatory tour of the cafe and restaurant facilities in the Tyks National Hospital area. On May 12, 2026, the customer will organize a tour of the café and restaurant facilities in the Tyks general hospital area. The familiarization tour is organized at the Customer's premises, where the service will be produced. The starting address of the familiarization tour is the lobby of Tyks T-hospital, Hämeentie 11, 20540 Turku. The bidder or the bidder's representative must participate in the familiarization round in order to be able to submit an offer if you have not participated in the previous familiarization round on 30 September 2025. The purpose of the familiarization tour is to ensure that the bidder gets a sufficient understanding of the structure, equipment and other conditions that may have material impact on the production of the service and the submission of the offer.
