• Description:
• The joint procurement unit TeeSe Botnia Oy requests bids on behalf of Vaasa City Museums for the production of cafe and terrace services for the Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art in accordance with this request for bids. This is a user license agreement, the aim of which is is to offer the Museum's customers and staff as well as other users of the service functional and high-quality cafe services and to further develop the services in cooperation between the selected Service Provider and the Customer. The Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art organizes two art exhibitions and private events annually. There are approximately 10,000 museum visitors each year. Cafe and museum shop visitors have not been separately recorded. The Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art will award the winning bid to the service provider. The premises of the café and kitchen located in the museum, as well as the 200-seat terrace on the west wall of the museum and the nearby toilet, are for rent in accordance with the rent and other conditions stated in the draft contract attached to the request for tenders, and the service provider undertakes to provide the services in accordance with the contract during the contract period. In this way, the service provider will operate in a historically valuable property with art museum operations and valuable assets. The license agreement applies to at least production of the following services in the premises rented by the Subscriber: 1. catering at the Museum's exhibition opening ceremony 2. catering at other events of the Client or the city of Vaasa, which are organized on the premises of the Museum 3....
