• Description:
• The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereafter PVLOGL) requests an offer for calibration and repair services for measuring devices of different brands and types, which ensure that they function according to the specifications given by the manufacturers of the devices. Calibration and a framework contract for repair services is concluded with one or more providers. Contrary to what is mentioned in section II.1.6), the procurement is divided into parts by line according to Appendix 1 (Appendix 1_device list). The list of devices covered by the agreement is in the attached table (Appendix 1_device list). PVLOGL reserves the right to make minor changes to the equipment list during the contract period, if the equipment list changes. The contract is concluded for the years 2026-2027, and an option is also requested for the next three for the year (2028, 2029 and 2030) for each separately. The prices are requested to be reported as % unit changes compared to the base price of the offered equipment base (2026-27). The maximum price change percentage can be three percent (3%). Options must be valid as follows: - For the year 2028 until March 15, 2028 - For the year 2029 until March 15, 2029 - For the year 2030 until March 15, 2030 The offer must cover at least 45 lines of devices in the device list. The bidder can choose the devices for which he will bid, the bid will come however, covers the above required 45 lines of devices in the device list. In the tender request phase, the Procurement has not been divided into parts, but Partial Tenders are accepted. Processing and comparison of offers takes place on a line-by-line basis...
