- The purchase is the target of the call software (SaaS service), where the FSHS professional uses the recording software to call and resource, which means allocating service demand and supply and real-time monitoring.

All contact requests that have come in different ways are processed with the recall software to be purchased to call the FSHS Need for Assessment Employees (HTA employees) to students. Assessment of Need for Care (HTA) is implemented as a nationwide service with FSHS Digital Services-and Remote Services from the unit, distributing oral and general/mental health
services.
The call-up software is a browser-based ready-made software without separate installation. Integration with patient information systems, digital platform and FSHS in their own reporting data warehouse is covered by procurement.
On the basis of the acquisition, one (1) supplier is selected for the contract period.
As of December 1, 2025, the contract period will be in force until indefinitely.
