• MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the construction contracts of the Pori-Mäntyluoto-Tahkluoto, improvement of level crossing safety project that are being prepared for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES of the Pori-Mäntyluoto-Tahkuluoto project the goal is to improve the level crossing safety of track sections by removing and improving level crossings. There are 24 level crossings in the project area. Rail plans based on the Rail Act will be drawn up during the years 2022-2026. Level crossing safety the improvement measures will take place during the years 2025-2029. The site-specific construction sequence is determined by the progress of the plans, administrative processing and construction work arrangements. The planned measures of the project include 13 the removal of the level crossing and the improvement of 5 level crossings, as well as the construction of replacement road and street connections. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE Calls for tenders for construction contracts are aimed at being published in stages during the years 2026-2028. ----- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NOTICE This the announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This announcement does not solicit offers. In the market dialogue, all suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to hold a procurement dialogue with the Finnish Transport Agency.
