NOTE! This is not a call for tenders, a procurement announcement or a preliminary announcement, but an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started the preparation for the procurement of the shared vehicle tracking tool and invites suppliers for market dialogue. The aim of the acquisition of the shared vehicle management tool is to implement the supervision of the micro-traffic permit (Section 18) of the Transport Services Act (3030/2025) in the area of the city of Espoo. Management tool is used to collect and monitor the movement data of shared vehicles and set operating rules and restrictions for them. The tool aims to improve city safety and facilitate sharing vehicles based on usage and regulatory data urban planning. The object of the acquisition is the shared vehicle tracking tool to be acquired as a service according to the following:- System as a software service (SaaS)- Implementation and adaptation of the service to Espoo- Application maintenance services- System further development and expert services according to the needs of Espoo. The functionality of the shared vehicle monitoring tool is aimed to cover the following:- The basic functions of the management tool, i.e. collecting and displaying the usage data of about 6,000 shared vehicles for the user.- A real-time and visual user interface for tracking shared vehicles, i.e. the location-based, map-based monitoring of shared vehicles and traffic operators...
