Description:
This is not a procurement announcement but an invitation to market dialogue.
The object of the planned procurement is child welfare foster care.
The procurement is planned to be divided into the following parts:
1.) Professional family care (Southern Finland)
2.) Professional family care (Rest of Finland)
3.) Basic institutional care (South Karjala)
4.) Basic level institutional care (Other Southern Finland)
5.) Basic level institutional care (Other Finland)
6.) Special level institutional care (Southern Finland)
7.) Special level institutional care (Other Finland)
8.) Demanding level institutional care (Entire Finland)
Each unit will make its own offer.
The contract period is supposed to start on 1.10.2024 after the end of the previous contract period.
The publication date of the procurement notice will be specified as the preparation progresses.
The market dialogue is basically carried out in writing.
Suppliers willing to participate in the market dialogue are asked to contact hankinnat@ekhva.fi on 19.3..by 2024.
In the subject field of the e-mail, you are asked to write "MARKINAUOROPHUELU_LASTENSUOJELUN SIJAISHUOLTO_YRITYYSEN NIMI".
Participants willing to participate in the market dialogue will be provided with a preliminary tender request material for commenting. Comments, feedback and observations are invitedBy 27 March 2024. In addition, the participants have the opportunity, if they wish, to deliver presentation material about their activities to the procurement unit.
The market dialogue does not bind the participating suppliers to participate in the planned purchase. The market dialogue is also not binding...
