HUS Kiinteistoet Oy is preparing a tender for a condition monitoring system to be acquired for critical facilities. This is a market dialogue call for industry players. The condition monitoring system to be procured is intended to monitor the conditions of facilities classified as critical in the hospitals of the HUS region (temperature, humidity and pressure differences). The critical facilities affected by this purchase are the operating theaters and sterile warehouses connected to the operating departments, air isolation rooms and part of the equipment maintenance facilities. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the condition monitoring systems suitable for hospital properties market situation, features of the systems and their suitability for use by HUS Kiinteistoet Oy. The market dialogue includes both a written part and a presentation of the condition monitoring system via the Teams application. by sending a participation request by e-mail to hus-kiinteistot.hankinnat@hus.fi. We will send the market dialogue questions and presentation time proposals related to the acquisition to all registered participants in the week of 3-4/2026. The introductions of the systems are tentatively scheduled for January-February 2026. This is an invitation to market dialogue, it is not a request for tender. No compensation is paid for participating in the market dialogue. Participating in the market dialogue does not prevent or force participation in the future to tender.
