THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF THE PROCUREMENT PLANNING. The city of Espoo has initiated the preparation of a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for anti-slip and dust binding chemicals and invites suppliers to market dialogue. dust binding chemicals such as calcium, magnesium and sodium chlorides and other substitute and more environmentally friendly products for similar uses.MARKET DIALOGUE The purpose of the market dialogue is to map anti-slip and the market situation of dust binding chemicals and maps the suppliers who offer them before publishing the actual procurement announcement. The purpose is also to find out what kind of alternative products are available on the market and/or in the future entering the market. The city of Espoo wants to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers regarding the execution of the competition and the preparation of the request for tenders before it is published. The market dialogues are primarily carried out as Teams meetings in May-June 2026. Request for tender documents can be sent to those who have registered for the market dialogue for comment at a separately announced time.
