• This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information and an invitation to an organized market dialogue. The purpose of this request for information is to find out about the two procurements being prepared by the City of Jyväskylä's Business Services questions. The procurement procedure, deadlines, selection criteria, acceptance of partial tenders and alternative tenders and other procurement information mentioned in the notice are preliminary and do not bind the procurement unit to implement the planned procurement in accordance with them. The request for information does not bind the Subscriber or the market participants interested in the purchase to the purchase. The purpose of the request for information is to clarify issues related to tendering for two separate services, contracts and service production, so that the procurement can be carried out in the most expedient and effective manner possible. The subject of the procurement is two separate procurements for expert and executive work for work packages 1 and 2 of the City of Jyväskylä's Maailmanpuu project. The project is purchase service project and the price for the implementation of each work package is defined in the project plan as 39,000 euros. The presentation of the project can be viewed as a video recording link on the registration form. The purpose of the procurement and work package 1 is to mapping, building and engaging the relevant network of operators in the bio and fiber economy sector.
