• The Kanta-Häme welfare area is planning to put out a competition for the housing service package related to housing services for mental health work and special services for substance abuse and addiction work. We are planning an impact-based procurement with the support of Sitra in cooperation with business company Linnan Kehitys Oy. The object of the procurement is housing services for mental health work and special services for substance abuse and addiction work. The services are aimed at customers who are of legal age under the obligation to organize a welfare area. We are looking for new operating models to implement the services, which improve the quality of the services and at the same time also the cost-effectiveness. In effectiveness-based procurement, the basic idea is that the customer does not only pay for the deliverables, but of actual results and impacts. We invite service providers offering housing services for mental health work and substance abuse and addiction work to a market dialogue to present their ideas and solutions to achieve these goals. Market dialogue implemented as a one-on-one Teams discussion between the customer and the service providers selected for the market dialogue events. Willing service providers register with the subscriber via the link below. Based on the registrations, the subscriber requests companies of their choice for a Teams meeting. Service providers who provide housing services for mental health work and special services for substance abuse and addiction work in the Kanta-Häme region are selected for the meetings.
