The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the solutions on the market and gather information for future bidding. At this point, no bids are solicited and not given. Mico Botnia Oy Ab's Interpreting and Translation Services is planning the acquisition of an artificial intelligence-assisted interpretation service and invites those interested in the acquisition to register for a market dialogue regarding the preparation of the acquisition. Mico Botnia offers interpreter and translation services, which enable authorities to do business with their customers who do not have Finnish or Swedish language skills or have insufficient language skills. This is why cost-effective, new interpretation solutions are needed, which support the service needs of Mico Botnia's customers while ensuring that foreign-language customers receive a high-quality interpretation service. The purpose of this market dialogue is to map existing new AI solutions and service providers, who are able to offer multilingual interpretation services to Mico Botnia and complement the traditional interpretation through interpreter mediation. In the market dialogue, we especially look at solutions that enable artificial intelligence interpretation and humans the "hybrid" model of quick interpretation. In this model, if necessary, the customer should be able to smoothly switch from artificial intelligence interpretation to quick interpretation when the artificial intelligence does not produce an interpretation of sufficient quality.
