• YOU CAN STILL HAVE AN INFLUENCE DURING THE MARKET SURVEY PHASE! We want the city of Turku to make quality purchases and cooperate with companies. That's why we do a market survey before publishing the actual procurement announcement. The goal is to inform about the future tender, to map out the object of procurement market and get comprehensive information about availability, implementation possibilities and potential suppliers. We will also ask suppliers participating in the market dialogue for comments on the minimum requirements and quality criteria to be included in the procurement documents, as well as the pricing model. This is an invitation to a market dialogue regarding the City of Turku's planned tender for Dynamics 365 software and its licenses, which include maintenance and support, as well as its expert and consulting services related to the development and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications for 1.8.2026 (target) - 31.7.2028 + option 2 years. In addition, an option for maintenance, support and small-scale development of future applications will be tendered. The city of Turku's goal is the digital development of customer management. Customers of the implementation can be, for example, Personal customers and business customers both from the city of Turku and from other actors in the network.
