• This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue and a preliminary announcement. This announcement is not a procurement announcement, a request for tenders, and the publication of the announcement does not start a bidding process. The purpose of the announcement is to give the market advance information about the future about procurement. The city of Helsinki's urban environment department is planning the procurement Karamzininranta street renewal. The bidding process is planned to be carried out in an open procedure during the spring so that the contract can be started in June 2026. The contract is planned to be completed during the current year. The contract has intermediate goals and phases. According to the preliminary plans, Karamzininranta will be renovated into a green street square, significant in terms of cityscape, where the surface materials will be replaced with natural stone, a new water feature will be built and plantings, lighting and furniture will be added. At the same time, traffic arrangements, cycling and pedestrian connections, municipal technology and stormwater management will be improved.
