• This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This notice is not a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a bidding process. The purpose of the announcement is to give the market advance information about the future acquisition. The city of Helsinki The urban environment department is planning the purchase of Karamzininranta street renewal. The bidding process is planned to be carried out through an open procedure during the spring so that the contract can be started in June 2026. The contract is planned to be completed this year during. The contract has interim goals and phases. According to the preliminary plans, Karamzininranta will be renovated into a green street square with a significant urban appearance, where the surface materials will be changed to natural stone, a new water feature will be built and added plantings, lighting and furniture.
