• MARKET DIALOGUE The target of the market dialogue is UPS equipment life cycle maintenance 2027-2030 for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency. The technical dialogue is organized by commenting on the draft versions of the key documents of the tender documents and by answering the customer's questions related to the object of purchase. The client's goal is to send the draft versions of the tender documents for comment in the summer of 2026. The client reserves approximately one month's commenting time for the suppliers. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The customer's target schedule for the execution of the procurement is: - publication of the procurement notice at the end of August - submission of applications for participation in mid-September - publication of the final request for tenders/request to submit a tender at the end of September - submission of tenders mid-October - procurement decision mid-October and signing of the contract end of October - operative operation beginning of 2027 NOTICE ADDITIONAL NOTICE The notice is a preliminary notice. This announcement does not ask for offers. For advance notice is associated with an invitation to a market dialogue, in which case all suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to hold a technical dialogue regarding the procurement with the Norwegian Railways Agency. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to hold a dialogue on a general level the purpose of the acquisition and its determination. The technical dialogue does not bind the Norwegian Railways Agency to carry out the procurement. The technical dialogue also does not bind the supplier to possible participation in the tender.
